"Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. "This hotel has no lift and the breakfast thats included is not much option. They charge just to use a heater. The blankets have stains. The receipt machine does not work so you have to pay cash only. The wifi is not great at all. However the location is great, you get peaceful sleep because it is quite. They do not have much amenities. Overall the price was not worth it. I was little bit disappointed."

"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."
