"This was an amazing room with views. We were in a suite on the 20th floor. I loved it and would abolutely stay again. The front desk and in room staff were amazing. Couple of notes about the room itself. There were only the very bare basics in the kitchen two cups, two spoons. We were three, and there was no bedding for the third either. The master bed is on wheels so it would roll out from under every time you tried to sit on it. The light switches were confusing, the overall lighting was high end but frustrating to figure out. The low notes. The staff at churchills were trying to be "exclusive" but instead they were just plain snobby. The breakfast is only ok, and ambiance is sterile hotel lobby. I was a fan of the original queens head pub that was in its place originally, and calling this new area the same name is shameful."
