No reception? No problem! Such an easy process with a virtual key to enter the main building. Reception on the end of the phone to assist with any issues. We arrived in the city dart and departed late but no issues with an early check in and out.. with no extra charge! The appartment was cheap, spacious and spotlessly clean. Will definitly return. 10/10 bravo

Respecto a la habitación, todo fue genial: cama cómoda y un juego completo de toallas de varios tamaños. Un gran detalle el café gratis con dulces. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Bolonia, no dudaré en quedarme...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October. The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing. They will do anything to help and they do it with a genuine smile. This applies to the lovely gentleman who opens the front doors, to the reception staff, to the breakfast staff. Secondly, don't miss breakfast!!...

Everything was perfect from location of hotel to the rooms and service provided would definitely stay again and recommend when staying in Bologna

This was perfect for a short stay in Bologna. Well situated for sightseeing, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was well equipped,very clean and had excellent air conditioning which was very welcome given the extremely high temperatures during our visit. Contact with the office by phone was a little frustrating as they seemed to have difficulty establishing who we were and where we were staying.

Fantastic location just off Piazza Maggiore, very friendly staff, comfortable room with amenities. Can't fault it really.

The attention and helpfulness of the staff. Very friendly, efficient and courteous. Everyone in the hotel "did their bit" including the staff who cleaned the rooms. Excellent! Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed in the Casa Del Sole by Studio Vita Apartments for two nights at the end of September, This was the second apartment we stayed in out of 4 in Bologna due to flight cancellations. The check-in process is very easy, clear and reception is location a 3-4 minute walk away (for us at our first apartment building). Very nice hotel situated just 15 mins walk from the main square. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were nicely furnished, and were kept spotlessly clean by the staff each day. The breakfast was excellent with fresh and tasty produce every day, and everything was replenished immediately. The gym was another great find with new techno gym equipment. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

A charming, authentic Bologna stay, We stayed for 3 nights at the end of September, and despite this being the first of four accommodations we ended up staying in due to cancelled flights, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The building is full of character, with beautiful traditional doors opening into a large hall. Our 2nd-floor apartment was accessible by secure stairs or lift, both requiring a key. We were given five keys for the apartment, which seemed excessive at first...

A really lovely hostel! Felt very grown up and free breakfast was an added bonus

The apartment is large and roomy and was spotlessly clean. It is a short walk to the old city centre and there are loads of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes stroll. The only negative I have is that we kept getting a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen and the toilet. There was no obvious source that I could find and it came and went.

Fairly close to Fidenza Shopping Outlet and Parma. Old converted monastery...food had a modern take rather than classic Italian fare which is a personal choice. Parking easy. Beware some of the rooms are not easily accessible so may need to ask for accessible rooms. Good stopover

An excellent short stay hotel in a great location. Really good breakfast with recently updated rooms. My second stay here and I would recommend this place to anyone.
