"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "All fine. Eating was a struggle but you have a little fridge type contrivance for bits and bobs as they do not mention the resteraunt is only open on weekends and no breakfasting facilities whataoever."
