"There was no continental breakfast, even though advertised Breakfast included. The housekeeping was non existent. The staff acted like they didn't know what they were doing. The toilet would not flush properly, asked for maintenence and no one ever showed up. The front desk girl was not helpful. I asked front desk for towels, no towels came until an hour before we were checking out. The food court is in the most inconvenient location. We had a 1 year old with us but we had to be carded just to walk through the casino with her to get food and then there was no separation from the casino floor and the food court so of course a 1 year old is going to want to go in there with all the lights, so it was a struggle to keep her from trying to run in there. So we had to get our food and leave out of there. Also, what hotel doesnt have microwaves in the room? Even the cheapest places have that basic amenity. I will never book here again!! "

"Sinage didn’t direct us to hotel check in from garage, phone didn’t work in room, needed an additional blanket but they only could bring us sheets ~ no blanket. The showers setup was AWFUL and the water was way too scalding hot! "

"Baby area was slippery and water was not clean it had tan foam floating on all edges. We had to wait over 15 mins on a staff member at the bar at the pool chasing someone down to pay the bill once I ordered my drink. Shower head in our room fell off on my son’s head. The bed was broken in the head area which meant uncomfortable sleep. No one came to refresh towels or empty trash in the room. Overall the stay was not great. "

"Such a great hotel. The suite is huge! I was right by the elevator and ice machine, and once the door was closed, didn’t know it. The team at the restaurant were absolutely amazing! Live music—top knotch. I will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town! "
