"For the price that was charged, the communication should of been much, much better. We were not told until after the fact that the wifi it says they have we have to pay for separate. The Queen size bed creaked and made so much noise when you turn, it can be heard throughout. Not to mention, very uncomfortable. The 3 of us were the only people in the pool area. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel the night before our whale watching experience (dock is a 10-15 minute walk away). The receptionist and owner were polite and friendly and could not do enough for us. There was water bottles in the room, the room was spacious and clean. There is a hot drinks machine in the lobby and a small snack/medicine/gift shop. Parking was plentiful and easy. Would recommend and stay again. Great hospitality.
