A faultless stay.

Fantastic location opposite the train station staff very friendly

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...

A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center.

Garden & pool area

Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel

The whole experience of staying at this beautiful hotel last year is the reason we came back again this year, and also booking their partnered restaurant (which is incredible by the way, also a thank you to Debora and team at...

The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We were there for the moon & stars festival and the hotel is right at the end of the food street but we weren’t disturbed at all when we went to sleep. Nice powerful shower, kitchen with full sized fridge. Only 1 improvement i would...
