Lovely calm and peaceful hotel set in beautiful vineyards. Very comfortable room (slightly overdone air con), great service and good breakfast. Easy location to get to lots of destinations of interest. Highly recommend.

This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.

Out of season visit but nothing to complain about

Warm welcome and a quick check in. Everything was explained helpfully. The chalet was big enough and clean and comfortable. The basic catering amenities were good. Nice bathroom. Parking outside the chalet with the beach 200m away. Nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

It took a while to find someone to check us in. Also had trouble reserving a table for dinner as the online site wouldn't accept my mobile number. When you find a staff member and ask to make a reservation, they say yes, got it, but nothing happens. Apart from that 10/10 for everything. Great beer and food. Very lively and busy place but quiet upstairs in our room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly rated.

Staff were helpful and cotuteous. Room was lovely and clean. View was great from the room.. we would definitely return and would recommend this place
