"We attended a family birthday party in one of the John Charles suites and stayed overnight in the hotel. Everything was excellent from the service provided, the quality of our meal for 28 people and the comfort of our room. Lovely hotel right in the centre of Leeds and we had a perfect experience. "

The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor.
The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels.
We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. We didn’t make use of it but I thought it was cool the tv could be turned around to face either the couch or the bed.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had a fantastic sleep.
Breakfast offered a decent range. Bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, hash browns. Cereals, toast, yoghurts and surprisingly good mini pain au chocolat. The breakfast room was huge and we were able to have a quiet breakfast without anyone really around us.
I also used the gym and thought it was good by hotel standards. There was a decent range of equipment that all seemed pretty new. I’m not sure when the hotel opened but everything seemed quite new.
