"We could not find the airport shuttle when we left the airport, it wasn’t very clear where it stopped so we ended up in an Uber. We also didn’t bother with it on the way back because it didn’t align with times we needed, not the most useful shuttle. The room was very clean but definitely only had the bare essentials. There was only a small bin in the toilet, none in your room, which was slightly difficult. We also could not get the aircon to work at all. We managed it for 2 nights in Feb, but it was very stuffy and noticeably hot at night. Couldn’t even open a window so that was difficult. The location is a bit far out from the centre but we knew that upon booking. Was about €20 for an Uber into the centre for reference. Also could have done with a mini fridge or tea/coffee facilities but the room was basic. Wifi was good, but tv had no streaming capabilities. Felt like a safe area, the public spaces of the hotel are nice, but it could use a separate reception desk as it’s quite hectic in the lobby/cafe/bar. "

"This place is NOT and SHOULD NOT be considered a hotel, it should not be considered a place to stay for anyone thinking about it. Reasons: hard bed which is extremely uncomfortable, single long pillow that has no support at all, gave us 1 towel for 2 people and when we requested an extra that’s “not apart of the reservation”, blinds in our room were broken, no bedside table. The biggest issue was from 9pm to at least 2AM, kids were screaming and running down the halls, this place is not mentioned on Expedia to be a place that houses and teaches kids but that’s exactly what it is. If your going to have people staying here for short term stays, PUT THEM WHERE KIDS ARE NOT, me and my girlfriend were unable to sleep because of the hard bed, lousy pillow, and kids that should know better screaming and yelling all night long, if your thinking about staying here, spend your money elsewhere and stay somewhere where teenage delinquents that are unsupervised aren’t. Staff was friendly ish and place was overall clean but cannot let all of the other nonsense go, in 21 years of my life I have never stayed at a worse place, please seek to stay elsewhere."

"A new well maintain property, very confortable in terms of size, furniture, well equipped, with refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc (except only one towel per person, no extra pillows, no extra blankets, only 2 hangers). The unit was clean and very well maintained. Internet was good to attend on line meetings. The location is nice, however if you are seeking to do tourism in Madrid, is secluded for it. "

"Breakfast was terrible, first morning they forgot to bring our hot food out even after us asking many times then brought out half. Second morning we was told there was no hot food, even though there's a note on table to ask staff for hot food. Third morning the waitress dropped my eggs on the floor, said she bring me another fresh one but brought out ice cold boild egg. If you want a hot breakfast dont book it at this hotel."
