This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. "The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. The hosts were responsive. Overall, a 3-star /average rating is more than appropriate. Probably not worth visiting again unless no other accomodation is available."

"It was a great stay overall. The hotel is a bit dated, breakfast is not impressive, but our room was clean, the view was fantastic and the pool was great, large and warm, we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect too, and the view from our room!"

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"View from the living area is awesome, can see the snow - capped mountains while enjoying your morning coffee. The sauna is a wonderful surprise! Place is very close to Lake Jasna, a very underrated lake in our opinion. "
