"I loved staying at the Moose Creek Ranch! I was supposed to check in at 4pm, but ended up driving all night, and arrived at 7:30am the following day. I was greeted by the two lodge pups at my car!! They were so cute! One of the owners, who was very kind, welcomed me and checked me in. She let me check out late since I was in need of some rest. I grabbed some breakfast, ate outside, then slept in my quiet cabin. My cabin was very clean, comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was hospitable. It was a great way to end my extended road trip! I'll be back!"

"When we checked in, our room wasn’t ready, which was fine but the front desk just told us to leave our luggage under the stairs. They didn’t give us claim checks, they didn’t watch over it, we just left it out in the open, which was very odd. They also didn’t explain anything about the shuttle or any other information about the hotel, just told us check-in was at 4:00. The breakfast is a good value, but the quality was not great. Standard free breakfast food at other places. Our room was nice and clean, but the rest of the hotel looked a bit worn. Overall, our stay was okay, but we’d probably stay somewhere else next time."

"Dan at the front desk is a great guy! Super helpful, super personable and super kind. We picked up a nail in our tire in GTNP and had to add an extra night to our stay to wait for the tire shop to open... Dan went above and beyond to help us out. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good and the man taking care of putting it out was very nice (the coffee was great!). We've been to Jackson many times, but this was our first time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again. PS. Give Dan a raise!"
