The Rusty Parrot is truly incredible and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The recently remodeled hotel was clean, comfortable and very well designed/decorated. The staff were remarkable and so was the dining/bar and spa. Cannot wait to come back to this amazing place!!

Incredible property. Very clean and well appointed. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Fully staffed, friendly and helpful. Easy walk to shopping and dinning in Jackson. This hotel did not disappoint. From the time we walked in to the time we left. The staff is so friendly and always prompt. There is fresh coffee 24/7, fresh cookies in the evening, and they leave you little chocolates and a poem/song midday while you are gone. It is clean and modern but has such a cozy feel. Close to everything but tucked away enough it’s quiet. I can’t say enough! Great experience!
