"The breakfast was very good for the continental style. It was. The pancake machine was a little wonky, but served its purpose. If there was any complaint at all, it was that there should’ve been more bacon each day. The young lady who checked us in, whose name we didn’t get, but found out was from Uzbekistan, was great. She was very helpful, very pleasant and we did enjoy talking with her."

"Most of the staff was quite polite and accommodating. However, there was a Caucasian valet parking attendant who was quite rude to myself and my daughter. He wouldn’t allow us access to our car to retrieve several items and told us we simply had to wait until everyone else got their cars delivered. We waited over an hour and he never returned to help us. Fortunately, my husband was not in the immediate vicinity. Had he been, the way the valet spoke to us would have been dealt with a lot differently. He was very unprofessional and dismissive."
