"Feeling dissatisfied and disappointed, no welcome drink to make coffee or tea, only one towel available in the bathroom. Tv wasn’t working even a maintenance man came to help he said I don’t know how to turn on the tv. The elevator made loud sound and need to be upgraded for safety. Well thank Goodness ..."

"When we arrived, the staff was very helpful checking in. Make sure to check out the lobby bar. The staff is amazing and the atmoshpere is the perfect spot before going out. We had a great weekend staying here!"
