"the staff here are amazing!! they are willing to help and are super friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with breads, sweats, cereals, vegetables and your regular breakfast sides (egg, beans, bacon). they have a coffee machine and togo cups available as well. there’s a snack and water vending machine on the ground floor as well. they also have a morning and night shuttle that takes you to and from a train station if you are planning to go visit any of the tourist sites. the slots do fill up quickly tho, with the maximum of 8 people i believe, so be sure to let the front desk know asap. also a side note, if you are coming from the US do not order uber eats at 2am! lol i know it is normal to do so in the US but this hotel has a no outside food policy and after night time (not sure exactly what time) they will lock the doors as well."

"Staff was very helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant on property, providing very nice breakfast options. Close to shops, and restaurants."

"Clean room but not in a great location at all. Some of the lights didn’t work well and air conditioner didn’t work. Overall experience was good just could use some touch ups. "

"Breakfast was good—standard fruit and toast options, along with some nice bakery items. The room was a bit hot for my liking, and the AC wasn’t working, which was a little annoying. The thermostat seemed to control all rooms, so I had to turn off the heating and keep the window open most of the time. Apart from that, the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and there was a nice gym on the top floor. The highlight for me was the shower pressure—so good after a long day of walking around Rome. I would recommend it. It’s a bit further from central Rome, but it works if you don’t mind walking, taking the metro, or using Uber when you’re feeling lazy."

"Bar and restaurant was closed on the Friday evening. Staff had an abrupt manner. Our bath towels were just folded up the next day and were dam. Cost for stay was reasonable. Once you got your bearings you were able to walk to near by restaurants. Wouldn’t stay again "

"I make reservations wrong place ,location name similarities when i sent to my friends they said wrong and too much far away us, I thought any place piazza its mean same,tried to talk with them to refund money make cancel they didn’t accept and I hate this hotel when I tried to talk with receptionist she closed on my face she said cant help you cause my colleague booked,,,its was night of new year i came back to my hotel alone and no taxi going there 5 km walking walk in night and when I come back the door was closed there was notes that ring the doorbell or call number its was 30 minutes no one come no one answerd the phone really the hotel make my night so bad"
