"The place in not clean whatsoever inside and the outside ground. After I checked in and saw my room, I requested at the front desk that they refund me my money back, but they refuse to do so because they told me that I had already checked in . well I did not know that the place was gonna look this disgusting.. "Unfriendly check-in staff. It was brought to my attention upon check-in that I owed extra money because we brought our two dogs. I made a comment that I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and the staff members stated it’s because I booked through a third-party like Expedia.. The room was adequate but nothing special. We were kept awake all night with the room above us banging on the floor all night and from outside with very noisy patrons coming and going all hours of the night. Our toilet was plugged when we got there and when I brought it to someone’s attention, they told me to use the plunger in the public restroom next to our room. Breakfast was nothing special at all. Would definitely not recommend a stay there"

"The room was comfortable and the property of the hotel was nice. The pillows could be more bigger. Overall it was a good stay. And there is an waffle house pretty much on the property. Just next door"

"The room is very outdated, bathroom door knob missing & no lock. Drad bolt on entry door to room would not engagr. One of the back door entries door did not completely close & latch so anyone could come & ho without using a room key for saftey reasons. Halls smelled of weed & the place was supposed to be non smoking. "
