Everything was great! Very very clean, comfy bed, very nice sized room, great fruit basket in hallway and great bread basket every am to our room...great accessibility to transportation...highly recommended!!

Lovely rooms - it isn’t a hotel but is like living in Rome during your stay. Breakfast (croissants and rolls) is provided in a cute little basket hung on the door each morning and rooms have fridges providing the basics (milk jam butter and drinks).

We stayed here for 6 days at the end of a 16 day trip through Italy. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station. We stayed in a room with a private terrace, which was amazing to come back to after a full day of wondering Rome. Every morning there was fresh croissants and bread waiting for us outside our door. The bed was comfy, and the rooms were clean. The area was quiet, but close to EVERYTHING. Shopping, groceries, restaurants, hop on hop off bus tour stop, and the Colosseum was less than a 10 minute walk! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I will stay here every time if I ever get back to Rome.
Don't think about it, just book this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely place & great location. Close to Termini station & a very artisan area with lovely bars & restaurants. Room was spacious & the en-suite was modern & clean. No noise from outside at all! Continental breakfast was nice. Rolls, Croissants & Pastries left outside your door. Butter, Milk & soft drinks provided in a fridge in the room. Jam, Nutella & biscuits also provided. Would have loved it if some cheese provided too, to go with the rolls, but otherwise nice. Owners were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Part of an old three story property which has private dwellings as well as the inn. Marble staircase and floors. The property has its own character. If you are looking for a modern style hotel this is not for you. You could however try this family run inn. This is my second stay with Aenea . Good value, everywhere Roman within walking distance and friendly helpful staff.

It was very nice to have free juice and coke in the fridge when we arrived. Also there was free international calling on the phone in our room which was awesome! The pastry breakfast that was delivered in the morning was simple but great to have. The bed was a little soft but we only stayed one night and they stored our luggage for us the next day. We loved their tiny lift!!!
