"Typical travel hotel, fresher, cleaner and better than most. Staff takes pride in their customer service. Breakfast was also better than most at this level, fresh yogurt with parfait fixings, Belgium waffles, grits with butter and typical scrambled eggs and sausage. Unusual to see was Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits intended to get heated in microwave. Overall a very acceptable experience for a hotel with in transit visitors. "

"I had an issue with hot water. They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning. He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him anything and he finally left. I was in this hotel by myself with my children. This was a scary situation. Between this situation and having very little hot water to take a shower or even wash my face in the morning was a bit much for me. Not sure if I will ever return to this site again. I have been in Hilton Honors member for quite some time, and this is not the quality that I choose to pay for. "

"We asked for a different quieter room and were quickly changed. A large family was just checking in next door. The room had all we needed and was very clean. Breakfast was a treat with a lot of variety and wonderful hostess making everyone comfortable. The indoor pool was popular. The location to the fairgrounds was great."
