The property was beautiful and very maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. The heated plunge pool was amazing. The staff are all helpful and polite. The food and drinks were all delicious and big portions. My favourite part was being in the middle of nature and being able to see some of the incredible wildlife that Costa Rica has. This place is a wonderful place to relax. We definitely didn't want to leave because we loved it so much.

We absolutely loved our time at Amalu Monteverde. We stayed in the Black Haus and it was superb. The view is stunning and the property is designed to make the most of it with wall to ceiling windows and a great sun deck. We really enjoyed the hot tub (not normally our thing) while the sun was setting and knew that this was one of those places we would never forget and for all the right reasons. The Blackhaus is really well designed with a small but useful kitchen area, a lovely bathroom with a...

Lovely property. In the hill and right next to town, great breakfast and warm and friendly staff..

Excellent accommodations photos don’t do it justice. The views are amazing, house very well equipped with two bathrooms. Host very helpful and communication was excellent. I would love to return one day

We spend 2 nights at Chira Glamping. The pod is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the jacuzzi listening to the birds. Perfect! We dined at their restaurant on our first night which was spectacular. Breakfasts were relaxed. We also used the concierge service to book a night walking tour and a cloud forest tour. We enjoyed these experiences greatly.

Loved it. Amazing views. Great tours offered. Good breakfast

Amazing views from property

This is one of the most amazing places we've stayed - beautiful rooms, beautiful location, beautiful food and beautiful staff - muchas gracias!

Kids voted this the best place we stayed! They enjoyed having their own private mezzanine complete with bean bags and games. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. Basic supplies like coffee and cooking oil provided do you can easily self cater.

We had a wonderful, wholesome stay. The cabin was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped with essentials, and there’s a supermarket a short drive away. The town is less than 15 minutes by car, making it easy to stock up on anything you need. A car is recommended. This feels like more than just a cabin stay, the property offers incredible views and sunsets over Monteverde, along with a hiking route where we saw local...

Hotel Belmar is a food and drink destination as well as being well located for enjoying all Monteverde has to offer. The staff present honest enthusiasm for all the hotel has to offer, and are welcoming and helpful. They can easily arrange taxis for you to any of the local sights (as uber doesn’t operate here). The restaurant is fantastic as well as the craft brewery and their fermented fruit wines. This was one of my favourite experiences ever.

Fantastic property. Every little detail has been thought of. The location is great, interior or spacious and well laid out, even the lighting is really well done! Then you find the balcony that overlooks the most beautiful scenery. Highly recommended and our only regret was not staying longer.

Wonderful place with an amazing restaurant.

This is a lovely hotel surrounded by vegetation and wildlife. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay here.

The host Arelys was very helpful in guiding us on everything, whether it was food, or places to visit or anything. She was there everyday to greet us in evening when we were back, just felt like we were staying at home. It was home away from home.

Perfect stay. the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room with the balcony, where I saw squirrels and all sorts of birds amazing. The room even had netflix. I could literally live in there, thanks for a perfect stay
