Really great stay at Monteverde Lodge. The staff was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It is a wilderness hotel with eco friendly policies and forest trails directly on the property. Breakfast was included and came with an excellent fresh fruit plate, toast and a freshly made marmalade.

We were going back and forth between a few different properties and we are so glad we ended up going with this one!!! The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!

Beautiful property. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, the pool was great, and warm. Our room was small but we were rarely in it, comfortable bed and linens. The lobby, bar and restaurant were spacious and had stunning views.

This hotel is stunning, it is immaculately clean and modern! The food was absolutely incredible, and the staff were lovely especially at breakfast! We did not see any animals from our room, but we did catch a quick glimpse of a toucan at breakfast.

Beautiful property in Monteverde. We loved walking around the gardens and hiking paths. Our first day we immediately saw monkeys. Rooms are lovely and the restaurant food is delicious. Breakfast was amazing. Easy walk to town.
