"We absolutely loved the view from this hotel, the pool area was lovely and it’s get a lot of sun! The hot tub was not open, there was no water there so it must be under maintenance The property needs a bit of upgrading but overall it’s fairly clean. Staff were helpful especially when we had a bit of a car issue, they tried to take care of us. Overall, Bay view is a nice option in the hills of Kotor, be careful while driving up there and taxi service works great and safe!"

"Very disappointed in the hotel, whom didn’t accommodate a significant issue, where they state that the hotel is air conditioned but they don’t actual turn on the air conditioning until May and we caught a warm April week and spent 3 sleepless nights because the room was a sauna. They say the rooms don’t have individual cooling , it’s all one system . I asked them to compensate us for the inconvenience but when Expedia called them to apply a credit , they refuse to acknowledge the email and calls from Expedia . Extremely disappointing for a Hyatt"

"We booked a room in Annex C and the views were incredible. Huge rooms with lots of amenities and super comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs, there were golf carts taking us to and from the reception and all the staff helped us carry our luggage. The reception manager and hotel managers also personally took care of some of our issues, so 10/10 on being so kind and accommodating. The breakfast selection is also incredible, way better than most hotels I’ve been to. "

"Gorgeous resort. We stayed in the contemporary building and had breakfast in that building, had dinner one night in the original building, used the spa and the outdoor pool/beach area. Exquisite. All of it. Scenery was stunning, beautiful boardwalk to more restaurants and we just loved it. We visited Kotor Bay and Perast by taxi. Easy rides to and from but we were glad we stayed where we did. Excellent experience."

"A very nice hotel, well maintained and clean. Beautiful large rooftop deck and pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Breakfast buffet was plenty of variety. Comfy bedding and pillow choices."

"The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Cleanliness and ambience was perfect. Design and furniture was beautiful. However they need to improve their house keeping department. They come in the morning and if we are sleeping they don’t bother checking again later. There is an electronic sign at the door indicating clean the room but it is useless if they don’t come to check it. Every afternoon I need to ask them to clean it. One day it was 6 pm and they have not cleaned our room yet. Unbelievable this would happen in the One and Only hotel. "

"Our two night stay at Regent Porto Montenegro was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished, welcoming, and effortlessly luxurious. The setting is beautiful, and the overall experience made it a stay to truly remember. A special mention must go to Shivangi, who greeted us each morning at breakfast with such warmth. She went above and beyond by taking the time to write out helpful English to Montenegrin words and phrases for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. We’d also like to highlight Erman, who made a big impression on us. As a fellow Chelsea fan, it was an absolute joy for my husband to connect with him, he brought great energy, friendliness, and genuine enthusiasm to our experience. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something special."

"Great hotel with amazing sea view and private beach area. Great place for a couple romantic getaway! Good selection of breakfast and very helpful staffs especially Wai Wai and the manager (forgot his name). Gym is well equipped but have not used the spa though. The only negative point is limited car parking space and has to pay (I think it is standard in Europe). However, you can park free at nearby the residential parking area. Alternatively, you can park around the hotel lobby space but need to give your car key at the reception so that they can move if your car is blocking. "
