I had to plan a last-minute trip to visit Puerto Rico for family matters, and the staff at Tropical Beach Hotel were incredibly accommodating. It has great views, but needs improvements Management should pay attention to room cleaning specially the bedroom rug. incomplete set of bedsheets with no sheets to cover blanket. Blanket was super thin making it look like a cheap motel.

Rooms were very dated for the price we paid. Rooms were also not very clean. My son found someone’s fake fingernail on the floor next to the bed.
