"Great family resort. Pool area was spacious and clean. We asked for more towels and coffee creamers and they quickly brought more. The only thing was being in the 2nd floor. We could hear small children running and jumping early in the morning. Next time I will ask for 3rd floor."

When windy, the amount of bugs/bees and dirt blowing into the pool was a lot so they needed to check it and clean it with the net. Other guests commented each time thru hot in the water. They should clean the blue tile in the water that is all around the pool. It’s scummy."

"This resort was fabulous! Our room overlooking the pool with a balcony was great! Nice lobby. Beautiful pool with pool bar. Lobby bar had a good vibe. It was close to the strip ( downtown Palm Springs) and walkable to the casino. Staff was nice and friendly. Room and bathroom clean. We had a mini-fridge and safe in our room which was an added bonus."

"There was nothing we didn't like... beautiful hotel with generous amenities and an excellent staff; what we would rate as at least a 4.5-star hotel priced like a Best Western. Such a great value and appearance that we at first thought we were at the wrong place because it was so much nicer (and upscale) than we expected. Fantastic! And we suppose you get that a lot!!"

"Rooms appear clean but a little dark and looks dingy. Needs some updating and more lighting. Like the high ceilings. We stayed only the main floor so they had more than average ceiling height. Bathrooms were ok. Toilet seat was loose. Just needs a little modern updating all around. Parking was easy. Stay was average."
