"Hotel is in a beautiful location right in front of the lake and in the center of the historic area. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent with a large variety of choices offered. Hotel is very clean but the rooms are a little dated. The staff was excellent and provided great service. "

"This is my first visit to this beautiful hotel, and I am so thrilled to have found this gem of a hotel in Desenzano del Garda. I was warmly greeted by Simone, who brought me to pick up my friend at the train station. Then, we were both greeted by Federico, whose customer service is outstanding, along with Simone, and Luis. Federico gave us a lot of information about the village, and offered suggestions for dinner. He, and the entire staff truly care about their guests. The location is amazing-right next to ferry stop. It is a hotel with an amazing history-I am filled with gratitude to have found this gem of a beautiful hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so welcome."
