Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hoping to return in the future.

Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel.

We stayed as a family of 3 with a baby Breakfast options were excellent. Great balcony view overlooking Lake Garda, very clean and friendly staff. So convenient to the train and ferries for transport to Sirmione, Garda, Peschiara del Garda, Venice and Verona. All great day trips. Desenzano itself also a great wee place. Would stay again!
