"La struttura è un gioiellino, la camera è curatissima in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento originale alle luci. Tutto impeccabile. Il letto comodissimo. Per non parlare della posizione letteralmente di fronte alla biglietteria delle cascate. I gestori ci hanno seguito passo passo con anche tante dritte sulla visita alle cascate, con tanta gentilezza e professionalità, trovandoci una sistemazione per la moto vicino alla camera. Un posto veramente da consigliare. Bravi!"

Our experience at this beautiful hotel was exceptional. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was absolutely perfect – from the luxurious Jacuzzi to the spacious, well-appointed shower. Every detail exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the entire property is truly special, nestled in the charming heart of San Gemini. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home. She had lots of recommendations of things to do in the area and made sure we had vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. The location is very convent if you have a car, as most of the towns like Todi, Perugia, Orvieto and so on are...

Well this was really an amazing place to stay!!! The staff were so lovely and could not be helpfull enough, everything they did was with a huge smile and they were really so warm. The appartment was stunning, very large and above all really comfortable and clean, everything was emaculate. The location was perfect for everything and a brilliant place to stay for a visit to Umbria, and is brilliant value for money. I really would recommend staying here. This was a great find, we were only passing through so only had one night but it was easy to find, the staff were friendly and spoke English and we were expected at reception which made check in quick and easy. The room had a view of mountains in the distance, it was clean, comfortable and had good air conditioning. We had a good nights sleep there. The restaurant is very good and our evening meal was a very reasonable price. The included breakfast was probably the best we’ve had, there was...
