"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

" I so badly wanted to give this property a five star rating based on its location just off piazza Maggiore. The property was small but so well-placed to everything that it was a lovely place to rest our heads. HOWEVER- on our last day we came back to apartment to find out all our luggage has been gone through, even though our door was locked.
