Luckily I stayed here only for two nights; they put on a condo, with no lift, nobody to help with our heavy suitcase.......at second floor! At first we could immediately appreciate the drain pipes of the shower and bathroom: we loved having a shower in our own water because it could not be drained........... At night unpredictable alarms from the bottom of the building (from an unreachable technical area) woke us up at 3AM,...

The property is well run by the staff, especially Hannah who was available to provide what we needed. It will be great when the restaurant and gym are restarted. "Amazing hostel! I stayed in the “economy suite” and it was great, a bit noisy as it’s next to the common area, elevator and main stairway but nothing I couldn’t sleep through with ear plugs. The pool and breakfast are worth the higher than avg cost. Staff do an excellent job with group activities, tours, and recommendations. Would 100% stay again."
