"This is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived during a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working. However, the owner had advised us in advance about the situation and couldn't have been more helpful in aiding a comfortable night's sleep by providing us with two fans. They worked very well and we had a good night's rest. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had tea and coffee making facilities in our room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"I booked this hotel late at night as I wasn’t going to make my destination, the gates were opened up so I could park safely within the grounds. The place was clean and very pleasant. It’s a shame I didn’t get chance to have a swim as the pool looked amazing. A big thank you to the owner for looking after me at such short notice"

"The only issue was at the automated booking in, which didnt recognise my Expedia booking number. However that was resolved by the call via the intercom. The breakfast was great which was a surprise as normally the budget hotels have a poor selection - not here! Bed comfortable too so good nights sleep were had."

"We had an exceptional and spacious room and bathroom with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were outstanding and took very good care of us. This was the most serene and relaxing place we stayed during our trip to France to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were outstanding and the staff accommodated our every wish. We highly recommend this Relais & Chateaux property."

"When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. He was so kind in every way and we had a pleasant stay there…many thanks to his attitude towards us "
