"The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was a little cold, and when I turned it off, the room became too hot. I wasn't sure how to find the balance, in the middle of a heat wave. "Lovely hotel, great position by the canal and basilica. We had a flat tyre in the morning and Mathilda on Reception was an absolute star, Googling methods for loosening tight bolts, watching YouTube videos then jumping on the wrench herself to loosen them - Amazing, thank you. Very good meal too."

"Un bel hôtel à l'ancienne, il n'y a pas plus proche de la Chapel des apparitions. Le personnel est très acceuillant et souple. Seul bémoul, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur. Gratuit pour les chiens. Bon rapport qualité prix."
