"No running hot water. Called in the evening and again in the morning with no answer. Cold shower it was. Room was too much money for the condition. Location however is convenient."

Bunk beds for children definitely need maintenance. Cleanliness in bathroom and other areas could be better. That said bed linen was very good. "We were able to check the car into the carpark 2 hrs prior to our check in which was handy. Nice size room but the bathroom door which had transparent glass on the top was opposite the bed meaning to privacy whilst on the loo! The sash windows rattled and one would not lock so we had to ram a piece of cardboard down the side to stop the rattling noise. Comfy bed and pillows. The floorboards were the creakiest I've ever encountered so it was really difficult trying to get to the kettle to make myself a cuppa whilst my husband was sleeping. The bathroom sink was far too small to be of much use but the shower was good. Overall good value for money and a great night's sleep. "
