"I arrived early and the staff was able to give me an early check in. The room was clean and spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean, the decor is a bit dated and in a few instances, I found minor cosmetic issues that needed repair such as missing tiles on the wall around the elevator. Different areas of the hotel had a smell to them that I didn’t care for. I’m not sure if it was carpet deodorizer or a room freshener devise. I made use of their gym which had an about a dozen cardio machines, (treadmill, bike, elliptical and even a recumbent bike) free weights, and a few weight machines. More than adequate for a workout away from home and the gym is open 24-7. Overall a great experience. "

"Everything was lovely about this hotel and the location. The only difficulty was where to park while checking in! Close to Byward Market, nice eating locations, and the Rideau Centre!"

"This hotel was very clean and the staff were so helpful and kind. The complimentary breakfast was also very good! The pool was closed during our 3 days there, due to maintenance. Overall I would definitely recommend staying there!! "
