Fantastic location with views over the harbour entrance on the east side of the city. A converted seminary with a beautiful chapel that helps instil a sense of calm. Breakfast on the terrace, with views out over the bay, was a wonderful way to start the day. But book in advance if you want to enjoy lunch or dinner in the sensibly priced restaurant with its delicious menu.

Welcome Hotel is one of the best small hotels in France. It has a lot going for it: elegant, efficiently run, in an impressive location - and with a bit of history too.

We booked our 6 night stay only a couple of weeks before departure. It was everything, and more, than we had expected. Super location with stunning views from our bedroom. The room and all amenities were spotlessly clean. The breakfast, although a little pricey, was just what we liked - as much fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, eggs, coffee etc as you liked. Lovely hotel very friendly and relaxed. Location is amazing close to everything and great transport links.

The hotel is located in Nice old town, shops, and food places nearby and ten min walk to square /harbour and towards parks and also the new town. Nice is Huge, and we absolutely loved it. We stayed for a long weekend and crammed so much in. The hotel is small and extremely friendly. Lovey stay. Clean rooms , could not fault it.

Staff is very nice. It is very close to tourist attractions. Room and hotel have very good facilities, only thing that i would mention is room needed some dusting specially wardrobe and bathroom radiator.

Great stay

Cannes is certainly the place of the beautiful but that doesn't just end with the people. I stayed here with my husband on an all too short break. Did my homework and it certainly paid off. The Five Seas provides laid back luxury in a fantastic boutique setting. It's design oriented but in no way pretentious. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a spacious junior suite and free welcome cocktails courtesy of Expedia. I'm big on service and The Five Seas did not disappoint. ...

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this property. Can’t fault it. The staff are the true gem here, so accommodating and go beyond the call of duty to ensure a fabulous stay. The decor is tasteful and breakfast good value for money. Close to everything but not in a busy dubious side street. This hotel is a real gem and will definitely return.

Second time I've stayed at the Windsor. Its a unique hotel, good location. Staff are really helpful, multiple languages spoken.

There is no enough private parking space but a large public parking is just cross the street. The sea view is great and room is clean.

The hotel was amazing staff was very friendly and helpful the prooerty was absolutely clean and everything was wiped down every day the sun loungers included spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel decor was outstanding. As i am a retired person the walk down to the sea and centre was fine but for older folk that do not have transport it was a bit of a steep incline/hill to get back to the hotel i think something should be in the hotel description to...

Spacious, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the sea. Really nice staff. They lend you a deck chair and umbrella to take on the beach. Italian restaurant next door. Supermarket round the corner. Deli and bakery very nearby. Bus to Menton outside the hotel but timetable is not great and does not work for an evening out. A good 30-40 mins walk to Menton centre. Near station for trains towards Nice etc and into Italy. Really nice overall.

Brilliant service. Great atmosphere, unlimited refreshments & comfortable mattresses with both firm & fluffy pillows to please everyone’s preference.
