"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...
