Rooms were clean spacious Lobby area was horrible and outdated.If feels like you are in 1970S when you walk into the hotel

When we come back to Vegas, this will be where we stay. Service was outstanding, clean outside in, air conditioning was great, and the shower was amazing. We had a nice stay. It was very quiet which was pleasing after long days exploring Nevada.

First time at TI, room was great. Nice and clean. Steak house and sportsbook was another first but very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze. Got to check in 4 hours early. Upgraded to strip view suite. Grabbed a last minute reservation at Alle 66, staff was great. Next morning hit up the Awana spa for couples fountain of youth package. Incredible. Staff was super helpful and guided us on how to do everything. Lunch at VIVA was amazing. Happy hour $6 beers?! Yes please. We ordered the entire 6 item happy hour food menu and everything was fabulous. Next morning we hit up Juniors for breakfast before heading out. Delicious low key diner vibe. Loved the Conrad. Will be back. Great home base for a Vegas trip.

The hotel, room, and employees were all excellent. We just didn't appreciate all the alcohol and 'escorts' everywhere. Not our cup of tea. We were given $125 beverage credit by Expedia for use at the hotel, but they only recognized a $100 of it at checkin. And a majority of acceptable venues were bars vs family style restaurants or coffee shops. The minibar in the room was well stocked with alcohol, but when I placed my medication in it (the other refrigerator was warm and never cooled down) and moved the bottles I was charged an add'l $300+. I was able to reverse the charges by calling and emailing the hotel a copy of my Expedia invoice and pictures of the minibar w/ a departure date stamp. So much trouble though for what should have been an easy one night stay. Also, the checkin line was maybe 25 people deep. They don't have any kiosks (even Circus Circus has them) and the online site to automate checkin didn't work. [Supposedly, I would've been able to use my phone as a room key had this process worked.] Also, all the employees directed me to a self-parking garage that wasn't open yet! Lack of communication by upper management. It's a beautiful hotel, but poorly run.
