"The pool was closed for the weekend, the WiFi was having problems and we could not complete work/schooling during our 3 day stay, the room was not vacuumed and there were pretzels on the floor by one of the beds, our shower had empty soap containers so when we took our first showers, we couldn't wash. The coffee was good, but the breakfast was from 7-10 and we had to leave before 7. "

"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"I actually chose not to stay after seeing the place. The staff was nice enough and tried to find me a room that didn't wreak of cigarette smoke, which we did eventually find. But I was travelling by myself and didn't feel safe there. It wasn't really the fault of the hotel exactly but more the run down aspects of the place, the general environment in the hotel and some of the other people who were staying there."
