"The woman who checked us in was extremely nice. Good breakfast. The manager was not very helpful when the toilet kept clogging. He fixed it, but then it wouldn’t flush properly. At check out, he didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience. I had to say something. He said he couldn’t give us any money back because we booked through Expedia. Instead, he said he could sign us up for Best Western Rewards. The points that he would have given us were a low amount that would take many more stays to build up."

"This place was very sketchy. Majority of the people staying there were sketchy as well. Continental Breakfast was basic nothing special. The pool was definitely not maintained and you can see lots of rust and had a funny smell."

This was real bad. Only cereal and premade omelets. A few breads. No breakfast potatoes or meat. No oatmeal. No biscuits and gravy. No waffle makers. They could at least add ONE more thing to this breakfast bar. •paper thin walls •refrigerator didn’t work in our room •very low pressure in the shower head. •pool was closed. I’d actually like a refund on this stay to be honest."
