"The room was decently clean, however our shower was clogged which was very gross. We woke up one morning at 6am to our AC unit blowing hot air. It took 3 calls to room service and 4.5 hours to get the problem resolved. We were offered vouchers for free meals which was nice, however our breakfast that we got with those vouchers was trash. "The air conditioning was not working at all in the mountain tower. It was 76 degrees and the window doesn’t open."

"The room was clean but the body wash had been ripped off the wall. Other wise as a last minute stay it was fine. Try using the kiosk so you don’t have to wait in the long line to check in or out. If you need gluten free options this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for reasonably priced food again not the place. This might be the norm since this is my first time visiting Las Vegas. As a plus they do offer Kimbo coffee which is the best coffee in my opinion."

"Quick and efficient check-in, friendly staff, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit strange, almost as though you were in a closet with tile.. the toilet, sink and shower were all on different rooms.. very weird! But, it was only for a single night. "

"Check in through digital kiosk and QR code to assign yourself room keys was new to me, not as fun as chatting with staff upon check in but efficient. Always come to the Excalibur for the charm of the castle. Still missing the dragon."
