"It was not a hotel as per the price.
Overall condition was not good.
TV screen was 21 inch which is quite old type. Toilet was dirty and locality also not that much good. Additional blower after requested, no hot water, and look the fan."

Great place to stay in Lucknow. We had a great day at arth stays. The room was quite spacious with all premiums facilities like pvt balcony with city view. The stay was very peaceful and location of the property is very convenient as all major places like malls hospital business centre are just step away. Highly recommended to everyone who are planning to come Lucknow.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast. Best tea in Lucknow.
Don't waste your time going to Sharmaji ki chai. Cheap and no good.
I will book this hotel again if in town
