I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

Lovely apartment
Staff very helpful and hard working.
Complex very clean with good facilities.
Would have been great if the pool restaurant could have catered for coeliacs - the supermarket on site did have gluten free food.

We really enjoyed our stay. All our hotel requests were granted and our suite was divine. The hotel is in a convenient position overlooking the marina (great for various boat trips) and close to the excellent beach. There is also a large bus station nearby from which other parts of the island (including the capital, Las Palmas) are accessible.
Unfortunately, Puerto Rico itself is a victim to tourism and the indoor shopping centre should be avoided, unless you enjoy Irish bars and English...

This hotel in a very good location on a short walk from the shopping centre and a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel room is really nice and we even had a jacuzzi. All the staff was really nice and me and my husband couldn't be happier to be staying in there.

The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful.
The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. It wasn’t ideal but a huge thank you to the staff who helped a...

We know the island very well and usually stay in self-catering apartments but this time we thought we'd had a bit of luxury and we were not disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We were very comfortable and will certainly come again. The room was quiet and well appointed with private balcony overlooking the sea. Little things like the complimentary bottled water left in the room every day, the fridge and tea-making facilities really made a difference to...

having stayed at Sunsuites for 12 times in past 7 years I believe that will tell you what I think about the apartments. They have upgraded the apartments in the past year and this has certainly enhanced the visitor experience. Ideally situated being very close to the main commercial centre but still in a very quiet location

We got a great deal for this all inclusive hotel. reception team were fantastic. lucky to have received upgraded sea view rooms for the 3 rooms we had boooked as a family all close to each other on the first floor. The Labranda website states "Safety deposit boxes are free" with all inclusive however this changed 6 months ago and the website has not been updated. We were given these free of charge as an act of goodwill. We also hired beach towels for €10 each that were returned with the receipt...

From arrival, the reception staff, the cleaning, restaurant, bar staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, hot food was hot. No shortage of anything, and free bus down to the beach was ver welcoming as the hotel sits high up. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for a week over Easter with my elderly mother and 8 year old daughter and I can honestly say it was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the customer service is second to none. The food is great - lots of variety and also plenty of it. The sitting times were a bit short for me as I would have preferred more time to eat, but otherwise it was lovely.
