"There were holes in the bedding and the shower curtain. My key card randomly stopped working midway through my stay; they fixed it. The outlets were in inconvenient locations. And no recycling bin, sadly. And tissues would have been a nice addition. Extremely kind staff though!!"

"The staff was nice and the hotel room was standard Hampton quality. Location is great - a two block walk to downtown Mountain View with lots of restaurants. The cons are that the central location means you can hear the train which runs until late at night. The fire slammer went off at 12:37 AM each of the three nights we were there, with no explanation or apology . The breakfast was more limited than typical for a Hampton, and some items being removed an hour before the end of breakfast time. "
