"This property is NOT 4-stars! Totally over-rated. Maximum 2 stars. The outside of the so-called "hotel" is a tiny dingy dirty alleyway with an open sewage running along the entryway to the "hotel". When we arrived there was no electricity (so no working elevator) and the apartment was freezing cold ..."
