"Great location & breakfast. Excellent staff. Downside was very hard flat bed pillows. Asked for softer / fluffier ones & were given the same hard dead pillows. Last night new people in adjacent room smoked in their bathroom in early hrs with fan on for hrs which sent smoke into mainly our bathroom ..."
