The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber. A lovely apartment, an easy walk from the restaurants etc along Cavtat's marina. The apartment had everything you could need, and the host lives in the house opposite and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay. The only thing to be aware of (and this applies to all properties around Dubrovnik) is that the airport is nearby, and the flight path goes over all the nearby towns, so you do hear the aircraft going over - but it didn't bother me.

Lovely hotel and room. Only thing i wasnt happy about was that our room was in the anbex building on ground floor so no view, and i do love a view. Residents bar closed a little early I thought. The location is away from the chaos of the Old City, and yet convenient enough for public transport (busses and Uber easily available). From the airport, you can take the airport bus shuttle (only €10 per person) and ask the driver to stop in front of Tommy supermarket. from there, it's a very short distance walk to the hotel. Staff was professional and attentive. Room and amenities are top-notch. Breakfast was sufficient and varied. We loved it!
