"Modern design on a beautiful point. 270 degrees of ocean views. The hotel was full, but the layout offered us a lot of personal space and privacy. The staff were wonderful. For me & every tourists nightmare - I lost my passport on the plane. The concierge, Mariana, knew how stressful this was and was on the phone to the airline, the airport, and the police for us right away. She found it for me. Just incredible. Thank you, and thanks to the airport staff and police for being well prepared for these events."

"Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned to a high standard and well stocked and organised. The hair dryer and steamer were high quality. The pool area is beautifully decorated. Loungers are limited and fully taken by 1130. The DJ and saxophone artists were excellent. Breakfast buffet has good selection and was fresh and good quality. Coffee machine rather than espresso machine with barista but acceptable. The Al a carte restaurant was disappointing. The service was fine but the food was very basic and Salty."

"It was very beautiful. The staff were wonderful and respectful. Location is great especially if you have a renter car. We were 10 minutes from lovely waterfront restaurants and the center of town. It is a quiet town. It’s lighted up at night time. We will definitely be back."

"Inconsistent staff experience, on first day staff was spontaneous to provide beach towels them following days needed to find people to get those towels. Breakfast a little bit too crowded and noisy with limited selection. Over priced dinner buffet option to avoid. Italian restaurant on premise had great food but again service was not at level"

"Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged. The 2 pools and beach were well maintained and the poolside music was relaxing and matched the vibe perfectly. The food was really good for a buffet and the a la carte menu for lunch was delicious. They also had a beach bar where you could order drinks and food directly to the beach loungers. I want to thank specially Alina and Ioulia at Guest Experience, who helped make the proposal really especial, and booked dinners and car rentals for us to explore the island. Irini at Tamarisk was also fantastic, as well as Sandip at the beach bar! Fully recommend for any special trip or just for a relaxing holiday by the beach!"
