"No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicación y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "

If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "
