"No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicación y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento.
