"施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。"

"部屋は狭いがロフトは意外に広かった。ベッドにはマットレスが無く布団だけなので固く慣れるまで身体が痛かった。夏はロフトは暑いのでエアコンの風が行くように扇風機が設置されているのは良かった。キッチンの排水溝のゴミを捨てようとしたら、掃除があまりされて無く滑りがひどく気持ち悪かった。ロフトのハシゴからジャンプしているのか？どっしんっという音が良く聞こえた。全体的には立地、部屋の綺麗さを考えるとお値段も手頃で良いと思います。"

"Plat House Plat House in Shin Okobu is a well appointed small apartment but it does have some drawbacks. The location is close to the Shin Okobu station, about a mile from the bustle and noise of Shinjuku. The flat I chose had two beds, a bath, small kitchen, and en-suite laundry. There is also a small balcony fine for drying clothes. Before arrival, the owners emailed directions to the apartment and instructions for accessing it using a key in the mailbox. The mailbox in turn was secured...
