Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional."

Our stay was relaxing with a distinct island vibe like in Hawaii. Good value for the price. We will definitely return."
